How to Order Catered Events
Guest Guarantee
Specify 14 days in advance to the event date, the exact number of guests to be in attendance, and this number shall constitute a guaranteed minimum. Final count dates are adjusted as needed for each event. After the final count date we will be happy to accommodate more guests, if we are notified. We cannot decrease the count after the final count has been confirmed. Guest count can be accepted up to 3 days before an event. Food quantities are based on the number of guests and the duration of the event. Clients will be charged accordingly for additional guests including, musicians, photographers, or any other persons retained by the client to provide services during the event. Cancellations
If an event is cancelled 30 days in advance 25% of the bill is due Catering Plus. Events cancelled are non-refundable 14 days before the event unless the event is replaced. Also the amount paid can be applied to future events or services. Deposit and Payment
A non-refundable deposit of $1000.00 will hold a date until final arrangements have been made. Final details and menus need to be finalized 30 days before an event. To confirm an event 50% of the total bill is needed. The balance is due three days before the event date. Any additional charges are to be billed after the event. Support Charges
18% support on all full service events
